The Cat in the Hat comes Back

The Cat in the Hat Comes Back is written by Dr. Seuss. He always makes it hilarious in different ways which is really diffecult. It all starts with a pink ring inside the bath. This story is about the Cat in the Hat trying to get rid of the pink spot by moving it on to something else. Something else that is funny is that there lots of cats in different hats. Although this is a picturebook it is magnificent!
The picture is different to a normal picture book.
Because he always makes his pictures funny and exciting,  he doesn't add to many colours aswell and never colours very much. 

Lord of the Rings The Return of the King

This is the third film of the adventureus Lord of the Rings written by J.R.R Tolkin. There is a fellowship of eight people. In the fellowship there used be nine people except got killed in the first film. They are called ,Gimli, Aragorn , Legolas , Gandalf, Merry, Pippin, Frodo, Sam. We like this film because it's got loads of battles. These people are good in different ways. For example Gandalf is a powerful wizard and was brought up by the elves. gandalf's worsed enemy the bad wizard called Saruman. Merry, Pippin, Frodo, Sam are hobbits of the Shire and Frodo carries the ring. Aragorn is a young prince that has a special sword that makes the spirits work with him and which is the only sword that can kill them. Gimli is a prince dwarf who has loads of heavy armour and fights with an iron axe. Legolas is a very accurate archer who nearly always hits what he wants to. He is a elf  and is willing to join the fellowship to defeat Saron who has made that so powerful ring that when the evil would get the ring the world would be taken over with orcs.

Yallery Brown

This is a strange tale because it does not have a moral. However this is a really good book, with lots of surprises.You might know the author Mick Gowar. I think he's a good author,with lots of expression and feeling.
Yallery Brown is a classic folk tale about a young boy who works on a farm,but his real home is in the village. Every Saturday he goes to the village on a long path which goes around the big wood.One day he went to his house at the village and because he was late he took the short cut through the forest where he meets a magical creature...

HORRID HENRY AND THE ABOMINABLE SNOWMAN

I have read lots of Horrid Henry books but this one was one of the best. I like this one because all of the stories in it are different and they are interesting.
It is also a very funny book because Henrys little brother gets lots of ice cream and pocket money as a reward, and Henry gets nothing because he is naughty!

A Handful of Horrid Henry

I'm really enjoying this book because it has nine different stories in it. Each story has a different plot. For example, one story is about Henry messing up a dance class and another story is about playing tricks on Margaret who is his worst enemy. I have not read all four stories and I can't wait to read the rest of the book.

Captain Underpants

This book is a nice simple book which has lots of excitement. It was about two boys named George and Harold and a principal called Mr Crum. This book is by Dav Pilkey (a very good author).

If you like this one then you can read the other books. In every book there's two comic strips which are very funny.
