Misty of Chincoteague by Marguerite Henry

Misty of Chincoteague is a book about a wild horse that nobody can catch. Paul and Maureen want to catch Misty because she has the map of wildness. Every one in the town tried to catch her but only Paul could catch her and her foal.

  3. I loved this story too when I was your age. I thought the pictures were beautiful too and fitted so well with the name, Misty. I'm so pleased that the book is still being enjoyed. I must try and find my old copy!
