The book is good even though there is hardly any text. The main character gets me thinking about how we could change the lives of those poor children on streets or in Africa etc. Even though I have seen only a part of Hugo I have already chosen which one I like best. The movie is interesting and fascinating and full of emotion but the book is better even with hardly any text and full of pictures. Some people may disagree, but I find that the book is better at explaining than the movie itself. I would give an oscar to both and a ceasar to the actor who plays Hugo Cabret.
