The Little Prince By Antoine de Saint-Exupery

I have recently read this book named The Little Prince and the author's full name is Antoine de Saint-Exupery, which I think is quite a long name. Don't you? As well as reading the book Classes Year 5 and Year 6 went recently on a theatre trip to watch it. It was quite a good play but I have a little comment to make, I usually like hugging in plays or films but in The Little Prince I think there was a bit too much.

Anyway, The Little Prince is about a little boy who is a Prince; he lives on his own little planet which he cleans every single day because he cares for it. On this planet there is something that he loves very much and that is the bright little but lovely nice-smelling rose which is on the front cover anlong with The Little Prince himself.

I call the flower The Red Rose. It loves The Prince as much as he loves The Red Rose. Can you think of anyone who care so so much for a little but bright rose? Can you? After The Prince has finished cleaning his little planet he sits down next to the little flower and talks to it, he does it so often that The Little Prince thinks the flower is talking back. The Red Rose loves all of the fuss and especially loves it when The Prince walkes around the little planet smiling, the flower says to itself 'I made him put that smile on,'  when he thinks that it makes it feel happy too.

Antoine

A little bit about Antoine. Antoine was a pilot in the war. He flew there and back across the ocean and was a very good help to everyone. Unfortunatley he died in the war and sunk dow to the bottom of the deep blue sea. Before the war he wrote this book I am telling you about. The book is very good but not so much the play; as I told you there was too much hugging.

The Little Prince By Antoine de Saint-Exupery

The Little Prince sounds excellent. My Mum says every time she reads it she says she cries... softy. I feel that it's like the book My Name is Mina in a way because he's not understood by grown ups either by his drawngs of boa constrictors. He says he can't draw like how I say."I can't understand a word of french," But I know it's not true. I look at his drawings of the sheeps and feel jealous because I can't drw a sheep or a goat at least not as well as he does.
